Lunch: raw BLT. Actually, it’s a SEATS, er: Sprouts, marinated Eggplant (see below), Avacado, Tomato, Spinach. SEATS. Heh. Anyhoo, it was AMAZING.
I made the bread yesterday, it’s a raw flax and sunflower seed based recipe that I based off of this one from Jennifer Murray. I subbed shallots and red onion for the yellow onion, used roma tomatoes, and added some dry spices as well.
